Here is the latest sampling from my del.icio.us favorites list. This time I chose the tag "Behavior Change". Here's what I found I have:

Designing Interactive Games to Promote Health Behavior Change:
A video of a presentation by Debra Lieberman of the Department of Communication and a researcher in the Institute for Social, Behavioral, and Economic Research (ISBER) at UC Santa Barbara. Dr. Lieberman presents theory and research on the features of interactive health games that -- when well designed -- may influence players' health-related attitudes, learning, and behavior.

Self-Efficacy:
A definition of perceived self-efficacy and a description of how it is concerned with people's beliefs in their capabilities to exercise control over their own functioning and over events that affect their lives.

The Change Project:
The website of an organization that provided leadership for behavior change innovation, tools and strategies. CHANGE focused on helping health and nutrition programs develop and apply practical solutions to behavior change problems. The CHANGE Project ended in June, 2005.

Transtheoretical Model:
The Wikipedia page describing the transtheoretical model of change in health psychology.

Social-Marketing.com:
A resource page for behavior change information on the web.

A 'Stages of Change' Approach to Helping Patients Change Behavior:
An article in "American Family Physician" on applying the model to assist in addressing lifestyle modification for disease prevention, long-term disease management and addictions.
